The quality of steel structures directly affects the safety, structural integrity, and durability of all steel structure projects. Therefore, the construction of steel structure engineering is listed as a special project, and the national and local construction departments attach great importance to the quality of steel structure engineering, and have accordingly formulated and published specifications and technical regulations for sub projects. Below is a brief introduction to the precautions for steel structure installation.
1. Positioning measurement
According to the steel structure installation project plan, re measure the horizontal elevation, axis, and column distance of the root. Display the cross line of vertical and horizontal axes on the top surface of the pipeline as the positioning reference for the main column of the equipment.
2. Column device
In order to eliminate the influence of errors in the production of column length on column height, a section with a theoretical height of one meter needs to be measured downwards before lifting, and a clear symbol should be displayed as a reference for adjusting the bracket height. The top surface of the column base plate coincides with the cross line of the longitudinal and transverse axes passing through the column base. The height of the column should be calibrated according to the symbol at the theoretical height of the column, and then firmly laid with a cushion plate and fixed with anchor bolts. Use a caliper to calibrate the perpendicularity of the pillars in both axial directions, and tighten the bolts with double nuts when requested. For a single unstable structure column, temporary protection measures can be taken by adding wind cables.
